How we handle your data

  • Your content is yours. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train our own models.
  • Scoped access. Your chatbot is provisioned with only the knowledge and systems you authorize (e.g., FAQs, PDFs, select URLs, or CRM fields).
  • Retention controls. By default we keep the minimum necessary logs for reliability, abuse monitoring, and support. We offer short-retention and zero-retention configurations for eligible customers.

  • Least-privilege keys & role-based access. Production secrets are isolated and rotated regularly.
  • Auditability. Admins can request exports or deletion of chat logs and knowledge snapshots.
